The Complete Bone and Joint Health Plan This workshop by dietitian and fitness instructor Sydney Nitzkorski is based on the book she co-authored, The Complete Bone and Joint Health Plan. It includes an hour long presentation along with guided movement and stretch breaks. The information will cover an anti-inflammatory diet and common inflammation-promoting foods to avoid. She’ll go over the ingredients that promote increasing bone density, calcium requirements, and common mistakes most Americans make with their diets! She’ll also talk about the forms of exercise that stimulate bones most efficiently while being mindful of joint pain. She will take the audience through 3 different rounds of balance work and very light body weight strength work in between the information.
