Prof. Erin Daly, Professor of Law and H. Albert Young Fellow in Constitutional Law at the Widener University School of Law in Delaware, has written extensively on dignity rights. She is the author of Dignity Rights: Courts, Constitutions, and the Worth of the Human Person, published by the University of Pennsylvania Press in 2012. Critically acclaimed, the second edition of this book came out in 2020. In her book, Prof. Daly traces the trajectory of dignity rights in different parts of the world and evaluates their impact on peoples’ lives.
